Espresso La Folie - Guatemala
This fun, balanced espresso coffee comes from the farm La Folie based in Antigua, Guatemala. Coffee is produced by Luis Pedro Zelaya Zamora of Zelcafé. Mary Louise and Mary Anne Penny Urruela are the owners of La Folie, but the farm is managed and maintained by Zelcafé.
This coffee is Bourbon variety grown at around 1500-1650 meters above sea level. Coffee is pulped, then fermented for 15 hours, washed and dried on patio for 14 days.
